HON is a network app with the vision to create an engaging way for women to grow professionally. A platform where they can share experiences and support each other both personally and in their careers. One of the more important development areas, in order to fulfill the purpose of the app, is to get a striving Community. Therefore the scope was to do discovery and conceptualize ideas that could help members find and connect with each other.
