Husqvarna's offering is based on similar product categories to consumers and different kinds of professionals. The product overlap between the segments has led to challenges where they no longer cater to all customer needs on their website. Our scope was to find a way to maintain product information and content for the website in an effective way and, at the same time, deliver a relevant experience for each target group.
